What's Going on in the Hut
Well, this is the Hut's third major graphic revision, and it is also a revision of links. It is time to bring the hut up to date, and give it a lighter, brighter, feel.

Well I finally replaced the broken BBC news feed with a working BBC news feed so the headlines just keep scrolling along. If I like this well enough, Haldis is going to get an Indymedia news feed or better yet one from Anti-war.com That will be very cool indeed and a great way to
celebrate Indepence Day.
I'm making a minor but very important change to the template tonight. This blog will now take me to my Pretend Brainstorms one of the finest things I've ever done!
Well I cleand up the code on this blog just a bit. It now has a fancy dyed sroll bar. I may do the same thing to some other pages I own. This was lots of fun.
Well I got RSS feed coming in to this blog. It was just a matter of finding the right software, and I more or less stumbled upon it. It's the BBC headlines right now, but I rather like their news. Hopefully by tomorow their site should be updated. I guess they are updated every hour or so.

I apologize to Dirty Stinking Blogger. They are none of the above adjectives. I found out about RSS feeds tonight. there is quite simply nothing here worth syndicating. Now the E-Card Education Center is another matter and what is worth syndicating there is the current stuff that is out front, not the blog. Go figure on that one. Anyway, I set up an RSS feed. It is not that hard with good documentation which I did not have and definitely NOT worth paying anyone to do automatically.
What this page needs is a remotely loaded RSS reader and I think I may have a way to get my hands on one of those beauties. So far I'm setting it up for the BBC. I could set it up for Rense.com, but I'm not so sure that is healthy. I'm not sure Rense.com has a feed. The RSS reader will need to be in the template for this hut. This is going to be one spiffy hut when I get through with it.
Dirty stinking Blogger would not let me have an RSS feed. I may be able to get one elsewhere. I'm not even sure how they work or if one would even be useful but it is a shame when you can't try one.
